Terry has performed over 4,500 home inspections over the last 10 years. He has experience in all facets of home construction allowing him to communicate in a clear, easy to understand manner.

Each of our clients receives a computer generated report which includes a summary and digital photographs. We offer the use of an infrared camera which can be used to find moisture behind walls and ceilings as well as issues within the electrical panel box that would not be apparent without this state of the art technology. Our report is e-mailed to the client the same day as the home inspection. Reports can also be faxed or mailed via the postal service for clients without e-mail. Prospect Properties is fully insured with Errors and Omissions insurance as well as General Liability insurance.
